Care Homes

We offer a range of expert surveys for care homes, enabling our clients to get a full perspective of satisfaction and opinion. Our surveys align with CQC regulations and can be customised to fit your needs. Our surveys run all year round and can be set up in a matter of weeks using digital and paper methods. All our Care home clients also receive our annual sector-wide bench marking report.

Our Surveys

  • Flexibility: You decide when the project begins and whether you want to survey all your service users at once or in clusters throughout the year.
  • Speed: We’re able to set the project up in a matter of weeks compared to months.
  • Surveys: Our expert surveys are available for your full review and we allow questions to be added or removed. We offer generic surveys or bespoke options with your branding and include CQC questions.
  • Reporting: The reports we provide are clean, clear and concise. We are able to tailor them to your requirements and include specific metrics that are relevant to your organisation.


  • Service: We will provide you with a dedicated account manager who will co-ordinate the whole project and is able to liaise with the individual sites on your behalf.
  • Online and offline surveys: We’re able to offer both digital and paper questionnaires, generally your service users will have paper and relatives, staff or VP’s will have an online option.
  • Investment costs: We charge on a per response basis instead of a flat rate offering a significant saving when compared to other providers.
